my day-to-day thoughts

when i get too lazy to whip anything up using the stovetop, i like to use the toaster oven. this is really easy…wish i thought about it when i was in college. i already had tomato sauce on hand. i try to make my own these days. tastes so much better and smoother. of course this is giada’s. can’t go wrong with her.  along with romano, which i loveee for the strong bite it has + mozzarella + pineapples. nothing more, nothing less.

and then to top it all off, angus barn’s famous chocolate chess pie. easier than i thought. i made it so fast i forgot to take pictures of it. best dessert ever. it’s best with a BIG heaping of premium vanilla ice cream.
