my day-to-day thoughts

while my mom was in mother’s school (a Christian training course for moms) she wrote out a list on things she loves about me. it was in korean, so it took me a while to get through. here are a few things that make me love my mother and make her my #1 role model:

-my mom is a prayer warrior attending early morning prayer 6 days a week and a true woman of God.
-she used to wake us up for school by ringing bells, singing, playing piano, clapping while dancing, etc…it was annoying then, but thinking about it now, she’s so cute.
-ultimate soccer mom taking me to swim practice/meets, john’s and my soccer practices/games, john’s bball games, piano lessons, after school club meetings, church events, etc, etc…
-(this one was listed on her list) walking hand-in-hand while window shopping
-the way she greets me at the airport…huge smile on her face while running toward me with arms wide open
-her classic and modest sense of style
-her faith and trust in our family
