i’ve been working out pretty consistently over these past few years yet have seen little to no changes in my body since i’ve stopped swimming. since i’ve started (and ended) college, i have gained zero pounds so i felt pretty good about myself, physically. recently, i had a fitness evaluation and was pretty embarrassed by the numbers. well, they were normal…but still thinking about it…how can THAT be normal or even ‘optimal’ according to the charts. i will be experimenting here and there, starting with a food journal, since food is a huge part of health.
i’ve realized that health is so important. when i become a mother, i want to be active with my kids. i want to create healthy habits and stick with it so my family will be healthy.
