On a day-to-day basis, I don’t really notice the effects of what soft drinks, candy, and excessively fatty foods can do to my body. I’m always thinking, “I’m young and more or less active so I’ll be fine for now.”
But being back at home and eating nothing but healthy food (fruits, grains, vegetables, fish, etc.) has convicted me (for the time-being) to watch what I eat more closely....

as i walked out of my last 8am exam of the semester, i turn on the car and what is playing on the radio? ‘it’s the most wonderful time of the year.’

workout update!
It’s embarrassing to take an exam in a quiet room, only to be startled by your own stomach growling at you, begging you for food. Quite sad indeed. It’ll have been a whole month soon. And so far, so good. I’ve lost some weight and my dc is slowly disappearing. It’s crazy how much portion control can do to a person. I’m irritable and grouchy, but definitely feel...

i’m low on funds right now…as in flat out broke. i bet capitalone hates me because i’m barely making minimum payments. ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!! i will NOT be spending any more money until i’m in the clear.

why is it so hard to hang out with people, unless you’re eating lunch/dinner with them? i’m limiting my ‘relationships’ because...
